复杂岩性低渗透凝析气藏地质工程一体化设计

新疆油田前哨 2 井区侏罗系三工河组复杂岩性低渗透凝析气藏生产过程中,出现反凝析现象,直井试油效果差异大,水平井分段压裂合理施工参数需要进一步优化.针对上述问题,通过地质工程一体化研究方法,建立目的区三维地质及三维地应力模型,基于实际的储层特征、应力特征,研究压裂液注入量对地层压力及温度的影响规律,通过实际相态图判断压裂过程中是否存在凝析现象,并完成水平井压裂方案优化.研究表明:水平井压裂对该凝析气藏开发有正向作用,大量压裂液注入使得地层压力升高,可以抵消温度场降低对凝析油析出的影响.目的层平均渗透率为 1.86 mD,储层物性好,水平井压裂射孔簇间距为 25 m、单簇加砂量为 20.0~25.0 m3 左右时能取得较好压裂效果.该研究成果对类似地质特征的凝析气藏快速开发建产有重要的借鉴意义.
Integrated Geological Engineering Design for Complex Lithology Low-Permeability Condensate Gas Reservoirs
The Xinjiang Oilfield saw retrograde condensation in the production of the complex lithology and low-per-meability condensate gas reservoir of the Jurassic San'gonghe Formation in the Qianshao 2 Well Area,and significant variability in oil test results between vertical and horizontal wells,which indicates the rational construction parame-ters for staged fracturing in horizontal wells need further optimization.In order to address these issues,a three-di-mensional geological and three-dimensional in-situ stress model of the target area was established through integrat-ed geological engineering research methods.Based on the actual reservoir characteristics and stress characteristics,the influence of fracturing scale on formation pressure and temperature is studied,and the presence of condensation during fracturing is also assessed through actual phase diagrams.In this way,the horizontal well fracturing plan was eventually improved.The study indicates that horizontal well fracturing has a positive effect on the development of this kind of condensate gas reservoir,for a large amount of fracturing fluid injection increases the formation pressure,offseting the influence of temperature field reduction on the condensate oil precipitation.The average permeability of the target layer is 1.86 mD,indicating good reservoir properties.Optimal fracturing results are obtained when the cluster spacing in horizontal wells is 25 m,and the sand addition per cluster is approximately 20.0~25.0 m3.This research provides important references for the rapid development and production building of condensate gas reser-voirs with similar geological characteristics.
