Practice and Thinking of Transformation and Development of Hailing Industrial Park
In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was emphasized that the focus of economic development should steadfastly be placed on the physical economy.Development parks are the main battlegrounds and engines for regional economic growth.In recent years,Taizhou has implemented a series of innovative reform measures such as"Two Concentrations and Three Separations,""Efficiency Evalua-tion per Mu of Land,"and the"Three Comparisons and One Improvement"campaign to drive the transforma-tion and upgrading of development parks and achieve high-quality development.In 2022,Hailing Industrial Park ranked 15th among the 91 provincial-level and above development parks in Jiangsu province,having climbed 45 places within four years,effectively transitioning from a traditional township industrial park into a modern urban-type one.To further promote the high-level development of Taizhou's development parks,this paper takes Hailing Industrial Park as an illustrative example,introducing its vivid practice in transformation and delves into the experiences learned and insights derived.By examining the specifics and drawing broader implica-tions,the aim is to provide valuable reference for the high-quality development of Taizhou's development parks.
