Research on Rural E-commerce Talent Cultivation Mode of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Taking Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture as an Example
Taking Suzhou Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as an example,this article focuses on the current shortage of rural e-commerce talents in China and the new requirements and trends of future e-com-merce development.A comprehensive reform and innovation of e-commerce talent cultivation are carried out,with the goal of cultivating high quality and inter-disciplinary rural e-commerce talents,and a talent cultivation model of"integration of agriculture and commerce"is created.Guided by enhancing students'key learning abili-ties,a comprehensive curriculum system that integrates job courses,competitions,and certifications is construct-ed.Taking enhancing the key teaching abilities of teachers as the starting point,a"cross-border mutual employ-ment"dual teacher teaching team is built.Focusing on enhancing the key capabilities of education,a"co-con-struction and co-sharing"teaching experiment and training base is built.The mission is to cultivate talents with the concept of"one understanding,two loves",and to implement five major paths to cultivate talents,including the"moral and technical training"practical education project.By setting a model and opening up new paths for the cultivation of rural e-commerce talents nationwide through reform,it is aimed to accelerate the filling of the huge gap in rural e-commerce talents in China and assist in the revitalization of rural areas
