Application of Objective Structured Clinical Examination in Evaluating the Effectiveness of Subspecialty Train-ing for Operating Room Nurses
Objective To explore the application effect of objective structured clinical examination in the subspe-cialty training and assessment of operating room nurses.Method A total of 21 nurses who received rotation train-ing in the operating room of our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.Results The scoring rates of OSCE test station 1-6 sites were 87.73%,92.33%,82.10%,89.45%,91.40%and 85.06%,respectively.The total average score was 87.78±1.88,which was at a good level.In terms of position placement,disease assessment,equipment use and emergency response,the average score of N2 nurses was higher than that of N1 nurses,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of safety verification and transfer handover,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the OCSE assessment model was 95.71%.Conclusion Objective structured clinical examination can objectively and comprehensively evaluate the clinical comprehensive ability of specialist nurses in operating room.It is worthy of popularization and application as a subspecialty examination mode.
