Application of Objective Structured Clinical Examination in Evaluating the Effectiveness of Subspecialty Train-ing for Operating Room Nurses
Objective To explore the application effect of objective structured clinical examination in the subspe-cialty training and assessment of operating room nurses.Method A total of 21 nurses who received rotation train-ing in the operating room of our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.Results The scoring rates of OSCE test station 1-6 sites were 87.73％,92.33％,82.10％,89.45％,91.40％and 85.06％,respectively.The total average score was 87.78±1.88,which was at a good level.In terms of position placement,disease assessment,equipment use and emergency response,the average score of N2 nurses was higher than that of N1 nurses,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In terms of safety verification and transfer handover,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).The satisfaction of the OCSE assessment model was 95.71％.Conclusion Objective structured clinical examination can objectively and comprehensively evaluate the clinical comprehensive ability of specialist nurses in operating room.It is worthy of popularization and application as a subspecialty examination mode.
