Objective To observe the effect of feedforward control mode combined with standard operating proce-dures on nursing management in operating rooms.Methods The control group consisted of 26 operating room nurses and 144 surgical patients before the implementation of feedforward control mode and standard operating procedures during June 2020 to June 2021;the study group consisted of 26 operating room nurses and 144 surgi-cal patients when implementing feedforward control mode and standard operating procedures during July 2021 to July 2022.The rate of getting on/off the stage on time,patients'psychological status,nurses'SAQ score,nurs-es'RoCAES score,and the incidence of adverse error events were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of getting on the stage on time and the rate of getting off the stage on time in the study group was 95.83％and 83.33％,respectively,which was higher than 88.89％and 72.22％in the control group(P＜0.05),the incidence and total incidence of various adverse error events were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before interven-tion(P＜0.05),and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After interven-tion,the SAQ scores and total scores of the study group nurses were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05),while the RoCAES scores and total scores were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion The feedforward control mode combined with the standard operating procedures can improve the rate of getting on/off the stage on time,alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the safety attitude and the adverse event reporting attitude of nurses in the operating room,and reduce the occurrence of adverse errors.
