In today's fiercely competitive,compared with large cities,Taizhou must focus on the preferences,feel-ings,and needs of young people to win the competition for attracting young talents through comprehensive ef-forts and multi-dimensional advancements.This article analyzes the effectiveness,practices,and insights of the Taizhou Chaodao Music Festival as a case study,and proposes to build a youth and talent friendly city.Taizhou should continuously explore and apply"new strategies"by creating a"young"city image,utilizing"young"com-munication methods,enriching"young"cultural activities,and fostering a"young"industrial environment.
