高职院校分层创业教育体系研究——基于TPB和教学方法-教学影响综合模型

摘要
文章基于计划行为理论,结合教学方法与教学影响,提出高职院校创业教育课程体系建设,必须根据学生的背景特点进行分层教育、专创融合,采用行为主义和体验式教学方法,着重培养机会型创业人才,将教学计划内外的教育行为,都纳入创业教育课程体系的"广义课程",为大学生设定"创业遗传代码",促进新创企业的产生,从而服务于国家社会的经济增长.
Abstract
Based on the theory of planned behavior,this paper connects specific types of pedagogical methods and impact measures,and proposes the construction of entrepreneurship education curriculum in higher vocational colleges.It is necessary to conduct stratified education,integrating entrepreneurship education into professional education according to the background characteristics of the students,and adopt behaviorism and experiential pedagogical methods.The methods focus on cultivating opportunistic entrepreneurs,and constructing the"gener-al curriculum"of entrepreneurship education involving all efforts within and outside the teaching plan,setting up"entrepreneurship genetic code"for college students,promoting the creation of new ventures,and thus serving the economic growth of the national society.
