Practice and Exploration of "1+2+N" Tutorial System in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Framework of All-round Education
All-round education is one of the most important tasks for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental mission of fostering morality and cultivating people.As an important measure of all-round educa-tion,the establishment of"1+2+n"tutorial system in higher vocational colleges not only provides a sturdy mech-anism and system safeguard for it,but also enriches educational contents and innovates educational modes.In spe-cific practice,higher vocational colleges should reform the"1+2+n"tutorial system to set up sounder three-di-mensional tutorial education system,optimize teaching faculties in higher vocational colleges,perfect the con-struction of every phase of tutorial education,thus ensuring practical efficacy of all-round education and enhanc-ing high-quality technical and skilled talents nurturing in higher vocational colleges.
