摘要
文章针对城市更新中风貌导控的新要求,依托三维倾斜摄影模型和视觉精细评价工具,探索了城市更新过程中精细化风貌导控的规划设计方法,提出要素评价—视觉分析—校核反馈的技术思路,依托视觉量化评价的设计管理方法,并将其应用于铜陵市东部城区城市更新过程中.
Abstract
As the new requirements for landscape guidance and control in urban renewal,based on the three-di-mensional oblique photography model and detailed visual evaluation tools,this paper explore the planning and design method of cityscape guidance and control in the process of urban renewal,a method of cityscape elements evaluation—visual analysis—check feedback.This design management method based on visual quantitative evalu-ation was proposed and applied to the urban renewal process in the eastern urban area of Tongling City.Combin-ing with practice,this article discusses the technical ideas and future development directions of detailed style guid-ance and control management in urban renewal.
