Study on the Impact of Standardized Nosocomial Infection Management in Controlling Oral Infections
Objective To explore the effectiveness of standardized nosocomial infection management in controlling oral infections. Methods An investigation was conducted on 80 patients in the department of stomatology in our hospital, who were randomly assigned to either a control group or a study group using computer randomization. Each group consisted of 40 cases, with the control group receiving conventional hospital management measures and the study group adopting standardized nosocomial infection management. Results The incidence of oral in-fection in the study group was lower than that in the control group. Moreover, the study group showed a higher qualification rate for sanitation parameters of samples, and greater satisfaction with nosocomial infection manage-ment.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized hospital sensory manage-ment can effectively reduce the incidence of oral infections, improve diagnostic and treatment quality, and en-hance patient satisfaction with oral diagnosis and treatment, which is worthy of popularization.
