摘要
目的 分析规范化院感管理控制口腔感染的效果.方法 选取我院80例口腔科患者展开研究,按照计算机表法分为对照组与实验组,各40例,前者采取常规院感管理,后者则采取规范化院感管理.结果 实验组口腔感染总发生率更低;实验组卫生指标样本合格率及院感控制满意度更高(P＜0.05).结论 规范化院感管理能有效降低口腔感染的发生率,提升诊疗质量,提高患者对口腔诊疗的满意度,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of standardized nosocomial infection management in controlling oral infections.Methods An investigation was conducted on 80 patients in the department of stomatology in our hospital,who were randomly assigned to either a control group or a study group using computer randomization.Each group consisted of 40 cases,with the control group receiving conventional hospital management measures and the study group adopting standardized nosocomial infection management.Results The incidence of oral in-fection in the study group was lower than that in the control group.Moreover,the study group showed a higher qualification rate for sanitation parameters of samples,and greater satisfaction with nosocomial infection manage-ment.The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Standardized hospital sensory manage-ment can effectively reduce the incidence of oral infections,improve diagnostic and treatment quality,and en-hance patient satisfaction with oral diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of popularization.
