Observation on the Application Effect of Internet+ Health Education in the Nursing of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis
Objective To observe the application effect of Internet+ health education in the nursing of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods 84 patients with liver cirrhosis hospitalized in our hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and ob-servation group(42 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given Internet+ health education intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability(self-care skills,self-care,self-concept and health knowledge level),disease development(infection,ascites,hepatic encephalopathy,gastrointestinal bleeding,liver cancer)and quality of life(activity,fatigue,emotion,abdominal symptoms,systemic symptoms,anxiety)of the two groups were observed.Results(1)The self-care skills,self-care,self-concept and health knowledge level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).(2)The total incidence of disease progression in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than 19.05%in the control group(P＜0.05).(3)The activity,fatigue,abdominal symptoms,systemic symp-toms,emotion and anxiety scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Internet+ health education can improve the self-care ability of patients with liver cirrhosis,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life.
