Discussion on the Co-construction and Win-win Situation of the Construction of Medical Service Consortium
The goal of the medical consortium is to achieve the real sharing of medical resources and realize the reasonable sharing of medical responsibilities and benefits.The promotion of the construction of medical alliances can effectively adjust and optimize the structural layout of regional medical resources,promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources,and improve the service capacity of primary medical institutions.Taking Hailing District,Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the progress status of the medi-cal alliance in the region,the problems encountered in the process of co-construction,and a series of policies and measures taken to achieve the win-win situation of the medical alliance.
