Research on the Current Situation and Path Optimization of the Cultivation of"Craftsman Spirit"in Higher Vo-cational Colleges under the Guidance of"Three Complete Education"
The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit guided by the"three complete education"is a scientific experi-ence and a moral innovation in the modernization of Chinese vocational education.The concept of"three com-plete education"can provide guidance for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,and the cultivation of craftsman-ship spirit can also provide a carrier and path for the implementation of"three complete education"work.The two educational goals are in line,the educational content is common,and the educational path is unified.In or-der to solve the problems faced by vocational colleges in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit under the guid-ance of"three complete education",such as lack of literacy level,insufficient emphasis,and weak cultivation ef-forts,this paper explores a talent cultivation model for vocational colleges in a comprehensive network based on three levels:all staff,all process,and all aspects,in order to provide inspiration for the inheritance and promotion of craftsmanship spirit in vocational colleges in China.
