红色文化资源地方立法保护的检视与完善

摘要
红色文化资源产生于特殊时期,具有强烈的时代烙印,且不可再生,为弘扬优秀民族精神,强化红色文化资源保护工作,推进相关立法是应有之义.当前我国文化保护立法已有一定成效,但还存在如主体权责不清、公私权益冲突、群众保护意识薄弱等问题,我国应加快地方立法的步伐,推进与区域协调发展战略有机契合,打造地区特色红色文化.
Abstract
Red cultural resources are produced during a specific historical period,carrying a strong brand of the era and being non-renewable.In order to carry forward the excellent national spirit and strengthen the protection of red cultural resources,it is necessary to promote relevant legislation.Currently,China's cultural protection legisla-tion has made some progress,but there are still issues such as unclear rights and responsibilities of stakeholders,con-flicts between public and private interests,and weak awareness of mass protection.China should accelerate local legislation efforts,promote organic coordination with regional development strategies,and create regional charac-teristics for red culture.
