理学旧第门楼(娄谅故居)整体提升技术探讨

理学旧第门楼(娄谅故居)是现存价值较高的文物遗存,该门楼处于低洼地,排水困难,每逢雨期遭受雨水侵蚀、侵泡等病害,对文物建筑的保护十分不利.文章提出先通过现代加固技术,对红砂岩条石下槛、青砖墙身及石库门进行预加固,提高整体刚度,再通过PLC液压控制系统同步提升门楼.该工程证明了现代加固和提升技术在古建筑文物保护中的实用性和可靠性,为后续类似工程提供借鉴参考.
Discussion on the Overall Improvement Technology of the Old Gate of Neo Confucianism—Lou Liang's Former Residence
The Old Gate Tower of Neo Confucianism(former residence of Lou Liang)is a highly valuable cultur-al relic that exists today.The gate tower is located in a low-lying area with difficult drainage,and is susceptible to disasters such as rainwater erosion and soaking during rainy periods,which is very detrimental to the protec-tion of cultural relics and buildings.This article first uses modern reinforcement technology to pre-reinforce the overall stiffness of the red sandstone strip stone lower guard,blue brick wall body,and stone storage door,and then synchronously lifts the gate tower through a PLC hydraulic control system.This project demonstrates the practicality and reliability of modern reinforcement and upgrading techniques in the protection of ancient archi-tectural relics,providing reference for similar projects in the future.
