This paper starts from understanding the logical basis of vocational education serving lifelong learning for all,and explains that serving lifelong learning for all is an important manifestation of vocational education serv-ing social and economic development.At the same time,it also points out that the current vocational education serving lifelong learning for all has difficulties in the education system,the transformation and identification of learning achievements.In addition,the access mechanism for vocational education is not open enough and the advantages of"Internet plus"have not been fully utilized.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding opti-mization path.
