In 2021,China has achieved a comprehensive victory in poverty alleviation,and it is particularly impor-tant for universities to shift their funding for education from helping others to educating them,and from empha-sizing material resources to emphasizing quality.The current funding and education work in universities is facing new problems,including new logic and the need for new strategies.To achieve the funding goals of"high ener-gy""wisdom""independence"and"touching",it is necessary to start from the perspectives of ideological and po-litical education,professional talent cultivation,modern information technology,and comprehensive student de-velopment.
