The construction of teaching team is an important measure to improve the quality of education and teaching.It is the main starting point for the connotation development,quality development and characteristic development of higher vocational colleges.This paper takes the construction of teaching innovation team of phar-maceutical production technology teachers of national vocational education as the practice carrier,and focuses on the training objectives and requirements of top talents in modern pharmaceutical industry.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,taking the accumulation of techni-cal skills and the improvement of collaborative innovation ability of team teachers as the main line,with school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and cross-border training mechanism as the guarantee,it is advised to build a high-level structured teaching innovation team with school-enterprise cooperation and the combination of full-time and part-time teachers,to provide a strong teacher guarantee for improving the training quality of profes-sional and technical talents in pharmaceutical manufacturing,then form the"paradigm"of teaching innovation team construction of vocational education teachers.
