摘要

混合所有制高职院校的双重治理机制表现为内部治理机制和外部协同治理机制.其中,内部治理是治理能力提升的决定性因素,外部协同治理是治理能力提升的必要性保证,两者共同构成治理机制的运行逻辑.构建内、外两种治理机制必须分别进行,并坚持从实际出发、责权利相对应、内外部相协调的原则.

Abstract

The dual governance mechanism of mixed ownership vocational colleges is manifested as internal gover-nance mechanism and external collaborative governance mechanism.Among them,internal governance is the de-cisive factor for the success of mixed ownership reform,and external collaborative governance is the necessary guarantee for the success of mixed ownership reform.The two together constitute the operational logic of the governance mechanism.The construction of internal and external governance mechanisms must be carried out separately,and the principle of starting from reality,corresponding responsibilities,rights and interests,and coor-dinating internal and external aspects must be adhered to.
