The article focuses on the integrated system of policies for the development of scientific and technologi-cal talents in Taizhou,comprehensively sorting out and analyzing the current situation of policies.A detailed dis-cussion was conducted on the introduction,cultivation,and utilization of scientific and technological talents in Taizhou,and in-depth analysis was conducted on the difficulties and bottlenecks in the policy of scientific and technological talents.Targeted measures are proposed to establish an evaluation mechanism for continuously tracking and adjusting the vitality of scientific and technological innovation,in order to further improve the de-velopment policy of scientific and technological talents in Taizhou,and enhance the city's innovation capacity and competitiveness.
