Reflections on Personalization and Regularization of Modern Library Information Services
Personalized services and routine services are two aspects of library information services.To some ex-tent,they are contradictory yet unified.From the perspective of time,some personalized services gradually trans-form into routine services with the development of technology and the deepening of service content.However,in general,finding the best combination of the two and allocating resources reasonably based on each library's sit-uations is the right way to serve readers well and develop the library industry.
