情景模拟训练结合Miller金字塔教学在儿童重症监护病房住培教学中的应用探索

目的 探讨情景模拟训练结合Miller金字塔教学法在儿童重症监护病房(Pediatric Inten-sive Care Unit,PICU)住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)教学中的应用.方法 将2023年1月~2024年1月至泰州市人民医院PICU进行规范化培训的规培生40人作为研究对象,用信封法将其随机分为对照组(20人)和实验组(20人).对照组采用常规教学方法.实验组采用情景模拟训练结合Miller金字塔联合教学方法.PICU的培训结束后,由指定带教老师对两组学生进行教学效果的考核评价,并进行满意度调查.结果 理论知识考核成绩对照组82.40±1.35分,实验组91.45±0.60分,两组对比P<0.0001.操作技能考核成绩对照组80.05±0.97分,实验组90.10±0.46分,两组对比P<0.0001.满意度对照组86.25±0.83分,实验组91.80±0.97分,两组对比P<0.0001.结论 情景模拟训练结合Miller金字塔教学法在PICU住培教学中应用效果佳,可推广应用.
Application of Situational Simulation Training Combined with Miller Pyramid Teaching in Residential Training Teaching of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
Objective To explore the application of situational simulation training combined with Miller Pyramid teaching method in the standardized training of resident physicians in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit(PICU)(hereinafter referred to as residential training).Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,40 resident physi-cians who received standardized training in PICU of Taizhou People's Hospital were selected as the research ob-jects.The enrolled students were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method:control group(20 peo-ple)and experimental group(20 people).The control group was taught by conventional methods.In the experi-mental group,situational simulation training combined with Miller pyramid combined teaching method was ad-opted.After the training of PICU,the designated teacher evaluated the teaching effect of the two groups of stu-dents and conducted a satisfaction survey.Results The theoretical knowledge assessment results showed that the control group scored 82.40±1.35 points,while the experimental group scored 91.45±0.60 points.The com-parison between the two groups was P<0.001.The performance of operational skills assessment was 80.05±0.97 points in the control group and 90.10+0.46 points in the experimental group,with P<0.001 for the comparison between the two groups.Satisfaction was 86.25±0.83 points in the control group and 91.80±0.97 points in the experimental group.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.0001.Conclusion Scenario simulation training combined with Miller pyramid teaching method has good effect in residential training teaching of PICU,and can be popularized.
