Research on the Restrictive Factors of the Development of Private Economy and the Measures of"Empowering"
Through the methods of literature research,experience summary,network sourcing and so on,com-bined with more than ten years of experience in economic management in small and medium-sized private en-terprises,this paper analyzes the internal and external restrictive factors existing in the development of private economy,and based on the realities of three major perspectives including the state,the enterprise and the society to crack the restrictive factors of private economy development,to enable the development of private economy,so that private economy can continue to be active in the economic development.
