Research on Cost Prediction of Residential Buildings Based on CBR Theory
In order to meet the requirements of China's engineering cost reform work plan and improve the effi-ciency of housing cost prediction,a housing cost prediction model was constructed based on Case Based Reason-ing(CBR)theory.By combining model theory with practice,the model utilizes K-value clustering and GM(1,1)theory methods during the validation process to ensure the accuracy of prediction results and improve the effi-ciency of cost prediction.This theoretical model has certain theoretical value and practical significance in predict-ing the cost of housing and residential engineering projects.
