Analysis of the Effectiveness of Evidence-based Nursing Interventions in Preventing Unplanned Extubation in Patients with Gastrointestinal Decompression
Objective To study and analyze the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing interventions in preventing unplanned extubation in patients with gastrointestinal decompression. Methods 102 patients with continuous gas-trointestinal decompression who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 51 cases in each group. The observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention, while the control group re-ceived routine nursing intervention. The incidence of UEX in the two groups was compared and the nursing sat-isfaction of patients with continuous gastrointestinal decompression was evaluated and analyzed. Results The inci-dence of UEX in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing interventions have good clinical effects on patients undergoing gastrointestinal decompression, not only effectively reducing the occur-rence of unplanned extubation, but also improving patient nursing satisfaction.
