Construction of the Course Ideological and Political System in the Standardized Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resident Physicians——A Case Study of the Training Base of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Ideological and political education is a crucial course for fulfilling the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people.The concept of"new medical science"has raised higher requirements and chal-lenges for the training of traditional Chinese medicine talents.As a national standardized training base for tradi-tional Chinese medicine resident physicians,Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has developed a system of ideological and political education in the curriculum under the integration of hospitals and schools.This article takes Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example to elaborate in detail on the ideological and political goals of implementing standardized training for traditional Chinese medicine resident physicians,the ideological and political design in various links of theoretical and clinical teaching,and the con-struction of ideological and political elements in the standardized training tutor system.
