摘要
课程思政已成为高校教育研究和专业课程改革研究的新视角,在人才培养过程中占据重要地位.以"绩效管理"课程中"绩效管理与员工开发"为内容设计一次课程思政示范课,从设计教学内容、分析学生学情、确定教学目标、优化教学设计方面探索了思政元素融入"绩效管理"课程的途径.在探讨优化教学设计的过程中从课前、课中、课后三方面深入阐述了"绩效管理"课程融入课程思政的教学实践并进行了教学反思.
Abstract
Curriculum ideological and political education has become a new perspective in higher education re-search and professional curriculum reform,occupying an important position in the process of talent cultivation.This paper introduces the design of an ideological and political demonstration course based on the content of"Performance Management and Employee Development"in the performance management course,to explore the ways of integrating ideological and political elements into the performance management course from the as-pects of designing teaching content,analyzing students'learning situations,determining teaching objectives,and optimizing teaching design.In the process of exploring the optimization of teaching design,this paper elaborates on the teaching practice of integrating performance management courses into ideological and political education from three aspects:pre-class,in class,and post class,and conducts teaching reflection.
