The current allocation pattern of criminal cases in Chinese courts has the disadvantages of inconsistent allocation standards,administrative allocation,and opacity,which provide the possibility for external factors to in-tervene in case allocation.In order to protect the litigation rights of defendants and the independence of judges,we should abandon such case allocation pattern that only focuses on the entity result.By standardizing the ran-dom allocation system of cases at all levels of courts,strengthening the restrictions on designated case allocation,promoting transparency in the case allocation process,improving the modernization level of case allocation,and adding case allocation remedies,we can ensure the scientific and reasonable allocation of cases.
