The paper analyzes the current situation and problems of cost control of education funds in higher voca-tional colleges,proposes design principles of the education fund cost control mechanism based on performance evaluation,designs specific cost control mechanisms,and provides optimization suggestions for improving the per-formance evaluation index system,strengthening information construction,improving fund allocation mecha-nisms,and enhancing the professional quality of management personnel,in order to provide effective reference for education fund management in higher vocational colleges.
