This article analyzed the therapeutic effect of Wen Yang Huo Xue Yi Shen Decoction on proteinuria of diabetes kidney disease from four aspects:drug structure,syndrome mechanism analysis,corresponding theory of formula and syndrome,and pharmacological effect of drugs contained in the prescription.The therapeutic ef-fect of Wen Yang Huo Xue Yi Shen Decoction on proteinuria of diabetes kidney disease has the theoretical basis of TCM theory,method,prescription and medicine;The dialectical legislation of this decoction embodies the theory and methods of combining syndrome with mechanism and corresponding formula and syndrome.The pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine contained in the formula are also one of the basis for reducing proteinuria.
