摘要
监督是公立医院纪委的基本职能.现阶段,公立医院纪委还存在监督手段单一、监督合力较弱、监督覆盖不全、监督认识不足等方面的问题,影响了监督工作的实效性.文章以泰州市人民医院为例,提出从事前预防,事中监督、事后整治出发,聚焦思想自觉、监督合力、惩治腐败、队伍建设四个方面综合施治,保障监督工作有形有效.
Abstract
Supervision is the fundamental function of the discipline inspection commission in public hospitals.At present,the discipline inspection commission of public hospitals still faces problems such as single supervision methods,weak supervision synergy,incomplete supervision coverage,and insufficient supervision awareness,which affect the effectiveness of supervision work.This article takes Taizhou People's Hospital as an example,starting from pre-prevention,in-process supervision,and post rectification,focusing on four aspects:ideological consciousness,joint supervision,punishment of corruption,and team building,comprehensively implementing governance,and ensuring tangible and effective supervision work.
