Effect of Aging Treatment on Mechanical Properties of 0Cr17Ni7Al Stainless Steel
Effects of aging temperature and time on mechanical properties of 0Cr17Ni7Al stainless steel were investigated. The mechanical properties and fracture surfaces of the 0Cr17Ni7Al stainless steel were analyzed by the electronic universal testing machine and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show the ultimately fracture strength and plastic deformation of 0Cr17Ni7Al stainless steel are in the range of 1977~2030 MPa and 24%,respectively,with aging treatment at 410~430 ℃,while effects of the aging time on tensile strength of 0Cr17Ni7Al stainless steel can be ignored. However, the plastic deformation is only 11% after aging treatment at high temperature.A large number of dimples and continuous vein morphologies are observed in 0Cr17Ni7Al stainless steel with aging treatment at 410 ~430 ℃,providing a powerful support for the plastic deformation.
