摘要
在ZA27合金中加入改性超细SiC粉体,对添加SiC粉体前、后的ZA27合金试样进行金相检验、拉伸试验、扫描电镜和透射电镜等分析,讨论了SiC粉体的添加对ZA27合金组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,经改性SiC粉体强化处理后的ZA27合金组织得到细化,力学性能得到改善,其抗拉强度、伸长率分别提高了6.5%、16.7%.
Abstract
Effects of modified superfine SiC powder on microstructure and mechanical properties of the ZA27 alloy were investigated by using metallographic observation,tensile testing,SEM (scanning electron mciroscoy) and TEM (transmission electron microcopy) analysis.The results reveal that microstructure of the ZA27 alloy with modified SiC powder treatment is refined,and its mechanical properties are improved,where tensile strength and elongation are increased by 6.5 % and by 16.7 %,respectively.
