摘要

用半固态铸造法制备了Cu40Zr44Ag8Al8非晶复合材料,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、同步示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、电子探针(EPMA)、单轴压缩试验等手段,研究了保温时间对非晶复合材料显微结构和力学性能的影响.结果表明,该复合材料非晶基体中弥散分布着5~50μm的Al3Zr相,且随着保温时间延长,非晶基体的热稳定性不断下降,复合材料中晶化相体积分数不断增大,晶粒更加细小,但其强度却呈下降趋势.断口分析发现,复合材料中析出晶体相的种类是影响非晶复合材料力学性能的主要因素,脆性Al3Zr金属间化合物的析出使试样更容易出现应力集中而降低了试样的强度.

Abstract

The semi-solid casting method was applied for the preparation of Cu40Zr44Ag8Al8 amorphous composites.Effects of holding time on microstructure and mechanical properties of the amorphous composites prepared were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD),simultaneous differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscope (SEM),TEM,EPMA,uniaxial compression experiment.Results show that thermal stability of the amorphous matrix is reduced,and spherical particles in the composite are increased and refined,whereas the strength of the composites is declined with increasing in the holding time.Fracture analysis reveals that precipitation types in the composites is responasible for mechanical properties of the amorphous composites.Precipitation of the brittle intermetallic compounds Al3 Zr can take the change of stress concentration,leading to the decrease of the strength of the sample.
