热处理温度及时间对IN718高温合金的影响

研究了热处理温度及时间对IN718高温合金微观组织、力学性能及抗腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,经过810℃ ×30 min的热处理后,合金晶粒度为7~8级,微观组织均匀,缺陷较少,此时合金具有最佳的综合力学性能,硬度(HV)达到250.48,抗拉强度比未处理合金提升了8.48%,腐蚀点面积最小,约为1 132.66 μm2.经过900℃ ×30 min的热处理后的合金腐蚀后增重最少,约为0.001 0 g,其次是810℃ ×30 min热处理后的合金,增重约为0.001 3 g.
Effects of Heat Treatment Temperature and Duration on IN718 Superalloy
Effects of heat treatment temperature and duration on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of IN718 superalloy were investigated.The results indicate that grain size of the alloy is grade 7~8 with uni-form microstructure and absence of defects after heat treatment at 810 ℃ for 30 min,and desirable comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained,where the hardness value reaches 250.48 HV,tensile strength is greatly increased by 8.48%,and the corrosion point area reaches the minimum of 1 132.66 μm2.The minimum weight of the alloy after corrosion is 0.001 0 g after heat treatment at 900 ℃ for 30 min,followed by that of ones at 810 ℃ for 30 min,which is about 0.001 3 g.
