摘要
氮化铝(AlN)作为一种性能优良的陶瓷材料,在热学、力学、电学等领域有较大的应用价值.将AlN陶瓷加入Al、Mg等金属中形成的金属基复合材料可以获得良好的综合性能.介绍了AlN的结构与性质,并综述了AlN增强Al基、Mg基复合材料的制备方法、显微组织及力学性能和热物理性能方面的研究现状.探讨了该类复合材料存在的问题,并对未来的应用研究方向做了展望.
Abstract
As a ceramic material with excellent properties,aluminum nitride(AlN)is of great application value in the fields of thermology,mechanics,electronics,etc.The metal matrix composites formed by adding AlN ceramics to Al,Mg and other metals can obtain desirable comprehensive properties.The structure and properties of AlN were briefly introduced,and the research status of preparation methods,microstructure,mechanical and thermophysical properties of AlN reinforced Al and Mg matrix composites was reviewed.The existing problems of the composites were explored,and future application directions were prospected.
