摘要
本研究以压铸AlSi10MnMg合金为基础,重点关注压室预结晶(ESCs-αI和ESCs-IMCI)的组织特征和断裂行为.研究发现,粗大的压室预结晶组织在压铸AlSi10MnMg合金断裂过程中发挥着重要作用.在此基础上,通过微合金化的方式细化ESCs-αI并优化ESCs-IMCI,开发出了新型免热处理THAS-1压铸合金并实现了其在减震塔零部件上的试制.
Abstract
Based on die casting AlSi10MnMg alloy,the microstructure and fracture behavior of the externally solidi-fied crystals(ESCs-αI and ESCs-IMCI)were focused on.The results indicate that coarse ESCs play an important role in the fracture process of die casting AlSi10MnMg alloy.On this basis,ESCs-αI is refined and ESCs-IMCI is opti-mized by microalloying,and a novel heat treatment free THAS-1 die casting alloy is developed to realize trial produc-tion for shock tower components.
