基于ProCAST的铜合金舷侧阀体铸造工艺优化

针对Cu-7Ni-7Al-4Fe-2Mn合金电液舷侧阀铸造过程中易产生缩松、缩孔缺陷的情况,基于ProCAST软件模拟了电液舷侧阀阀体的铸造过程,预测原始工艺铸造过程中阀体产生缩松、缩孔等铸造缺陷的区域以及体积.发现大部分缺陷分布于法兰盘处,此时铸件缺陷体积为195.33 cm3.根据模拟结果,提出了增大冒口尺寸以及增设冷铁的优化方案,优化后阀体的缩松、缩孔缺陷体积减小了97.5%.采用优化后的电液舷侧阀铸造工艺进行试验验证,获得了品质较好的铸件,验证了优化方案的合理性.
Optimization of Electrohydraulic Side Valve Castings of Cu Alloy Based on ProCAST
Aiming at shrinkage porosity and cavities in Cu-7Ni-7Al-4Fe-2Mn alloy electrohydraulic side valve during the casting process,the casting process of electrohydraulic side valve was simulated based on the ProCAST finite ele-ment software to predict the area and volume of casting defects such as shrinkage porosity and cavities.The results indi-cate that majority of defects locate at the flange,where the volume of defects is 195.33 cm3.According to the simula-tion results,the optimization scheme of increasing riser size and adding cold iron was put forward,and the volume of shrinkage porosity and cavities in the valve is significantly reduced by over 97.5%.The optimized electrohydraulic side valve process was tested and verified,and castings with high quality were obtained,verifying the rationality of optimi-zation scheme.
