电磁搅拌对半固态Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金组织影响及工艺

采用新型多层电磁搅拌法对半固态Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金进行试验,研究了搅拌方式、浇注温度、搅拌速率和搅拌时间对合金性能的影响及机理.结果表明,使用多层反向搅拌法最佳,优化工艺参数:浇注温度为640℃、搅拌速率为3 000 r/min、搅拌时间为30 s,该条件下能够获得具有良好晶粒尺寸和形貌的半固态浆料组织.采用多层反向电磁搅拌可增强合金熔体的流动性,提高温度场和溶质场的均匀性,使合金熔体的紊乱程度更高,改善初生相的尺寸和形貌.
Effects of Electromagnetic Stirring on Microstructure and Process of Semi-solid Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloy
Through a new multi-layer electromagnetic stirring method,effects of stirring methods,casting tempera-ture,stirring rate,and stirring time on properties of semi-solid Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy as well as the mechanism were investigated.The results reveal that multi-layer reverse stirring method is optimal,and the optimal process parameters are casting temperature of 640℃,stirring rate of 3 000 r/min,and stirring time of 30 s,where semi-solid slurry struc-ture with well grain size and morphology can be obtained.The flow quantity of alloy melt is increased,and the unifor-mity of temperature field and solute field are improved by adopting multi-layer reverse electromagnetic stirring,enhanc-ing the disorder level of alloy melt,and improving the size and morphology of primary phases.
