H13钢表面激光熔覆Al0.8CoCr0.23FeNixW高熵合金涂层及其性能

以热作模具钢H13为基体,通过激光熔覆在其表面制备了Al0.8CoCr0.23FeNixW(x=0,0.25,0.5,0.75,1)高熵合金涂层,并研究Ni对组织结构及其热稳定性和耐磨性影响.结果发现Al0.8CoCr0.23FeNixW高熵合金组织结构随Ni元素的添加发生结构变化,Ni的添加促进μ-Fe7W6 相生成,起到弥散强化作用,提高涂层的硬度及其耐磨性.在 800℃保温后测试其涂层的稳定性,结果表明Al0.8CoCr0.23FeNixW高熵合金涂层均有较高的硬度和耐磨性,8 h保温后硬度(HV)仍高于500.
Microstructure and Properties of Laser Cladding Al0.8CoCr0.23FeNixW High Entropy Alloy Coating on H13 Steel
Taking hot work die steel H13 as substrate,Al0.8CoCr0.23FeNixW(x=0,0.25,0.5,0.75,1)high entropy alloy coating was prepared on the surface of H13 steel by laser cladding,and effects of Ni addition on microstructure,thermal stability,and wear resistance were investigated.The results indicate that the microstructure of Al0.8CoCr0.23FeNixW high entropy alloy is transformed with Ni addition.Ni promotes the formation of μ-Fe7W6 phase,which plays a role of dispersion strengthening,enhancing the hardness and wear resistance of the coating.The stability of the coating is tested after holding at 800℃.The results reveal that the Al0.8CoCr0.23FeNixW high entropy alloy coat-ing exhibits desirable hardness and wear resistance,and the hardness remains higher than 500 HV after holding for 8 h.
