摘要
介绍了汽车发动机链条罩盖的铸件结构及开发难点,通过工艺分析和理论计算,合理地设计铸件浇注系统和排溢系统,采用双向多支浇道实现快速充填,以满足铸件的外观及内部品质要求.针对吊耳处局部壁厚大、易产生缩孔的位置,使用嵌铸工艺.通过使用嵌件进行压铸生产,消除铸件局部热节,减小铸件壁厚,有效地防止铸件缩孔产生.
Abstract
The casting structure and development difficulties of automobile engine chain cover were introduced.Through process analysis and theoretical calculation,the gating system and overflow system of the casting were reason-ably designed,and the two-way multi branch sprue was adopted to realize rapid filling,so as to meet the appearance and internal quality requirements of the casting.For the lifting lug area with the local thick wall and easily formed shrinkage porosities,the embedded casting process was used.By using inserts for die-casting production,local hot spots of the castings are eliminated,and the wall thickness of castings is reduced,preventing shrinkage cavities of castings.
