摘要

为实现镁液气压式定量输送,设计了水力学模拟试验装置,通过物理模拟试验研究了气体压力、加压时间对水输送量的影响,建立了定量输送的数学模型.根据相似性原理,设计开发了镁液定量输送装置,并确定在气压恒定前提下进行加压时间控制,以实现镁液定量输送.结果表明,基于定时定量法可实现定量输送,输送过程平稳无飞溅,修正后的定量输送预测模型的平均预测误差为1.5%,满足定量输送的要求.

Abstract

In order to realize the pneumatic quantitive conveying of liquid magnesium,a hydraulic simulation device was designed.The influences of gas pressure and pressurization time on the hydraulic conveying volume were investi-gated by physical simulation,and mathematical model for controlling the conveying volume was established.Accord-ing to the similarity principle,the magnesium alloy conveying apparatus was designed to achieve the quantitative con-veying of liquid magnesium by controlling the pressurization time under constant pressure.The results indicate that quantitative conveying is realized based on timing quantitative method without splashing during the conveying process,and the average error of revised prediction model is 1.5%,meeting the requirements of quantitive conveying.
