铝/钢双金属液-固复合技术研究进展

摘要
铝/钢双金属复合材料在航天航空、汽车制造领域具有广阔应用前景.强化铝/钢双金属复合材料界面结合是本领域的研究重点和难点.总结了国内外对于铝/钢双金属复合材料界面强化的研究现状,包括含不同元素的热浸镀法、增加磁场及添加超声波振动等方法.综述了其复合机理,包括中间相的形成长大及其影响因素,中间相的种类、分布对复合材料性能的影响等.最后,提出了铝/钢双金属复合材料未来研究方向和展望.
Abstract
Al/steel bimetallic composites exhibit broad application prospect in the fields of aerospace and automobile manufacturing,and strengthening of composites is the research focus and difficulty.The research status of interface strengthening of aluminum/steel bimetallic composites at home and abroad was summarized,including hot dip plating with different elements,applying magnetic field and applying ultrasonic vibration.The composite mechanism was reviewed,including the formation and growth of mesophase as well as influencing factors,and effects of type and distri-bution of mesophase on the properties.Finally,the future research direction of aluminum/steel bimetallic composites was prospected.
