摘要
应用氧氮氢联测仪对纯铜中O含量进行测试,研究了6种制样方式对O含量测定结果的影响.结果发现,采用红外吸收法对O含量进行测定时,测试前需对试样表面进行处理,车制、大力剪、酸洗对测试结果影响很小,手锯、锉刀会使测试结果产生较大偏差.O含量<0.001 0%的试样只能采用车制+大力剪+酸洗的制样方法.制样后试样要在4 h内进行测试,以免影响测试结果.
Abstract
The oxygen content in pure copper was tested by oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer to investigate effects of specimen preparation methods on accuracy of oxygen content determination.The results indicate that surface treatment should be carried out before testing by infrared absorption method.Turning,vigorously cutting and pickling hardly affect the results,while hand saw and file can cause significant deviation.Only turning+vigorously cutting+pickling can be adopted for specimens with an oxygen content of<0.001 0%,and the test should be carried out within 4 h to avoid affecting the test results.
