铝合金变速器操纵壳低压铸造工艺优化

以某铝合金变速器操纵壳为研究对象,基于田口方法研究模具预热温度、浇注温度及冷却温度对二次枝晶臂间距与缩松、缩孔的影响.通过数值模拟软件进行了铸造参数的工艺优化设计,获得理想的工艺参数:浇注温度为690℃,模具预热温度为310℃,冷却水温度为40℃.使用优化工艺参数组合能够减少铝合金变速器操纵壳内部的铸造缺陷.
Optimization of Low Pressure Casting Process for Aluminum Alloy Transmission Con-trol Housing
Taking an aluminum alloy trainsmission control house as object,the influence of die preheating tempera-ture,pouring temperature and cooling temperature on the spacing of secondary dendrite arms and the volume of shrink-age cavity and porosity were investigated.Based on the Taguchi method,numerical simulation software was used to optimize the process design of casting parameters,and the optimal process parameters were obtained as follows:cast-ing temperature of 690℃,mold preheating temperature of 310℃,cooling water temperature of 40℃.The optimiza-tion process parameters can reduce the casting defects inside the aluminum alloy transmission control housing.
