在生产钛合金精密铸件过程中,熔融状态下的钛合金极易与面层型壳发生界面反应,在铸件表面产生具有高硬度、低韧性的表面α层,从而对钛合金铸件的表面品质和力学性能造成负面影响.研究了精密铸造ZTC4钛合金铸件表面α层的去除工艺,以期提高ZTC4钛合金铸件的表面质量和力学性能,从而提高产品品质.
Removal Process of α-layer on Surface of Titanium Alloy Investment Castings
During the producing process of titanium alloy investment castings,the molten titanium alloy is easy to react with the shell,resulting in α-layer with high hardness and low toughness on the surface of castings,which has a nega-tive impact on the surface quality and mechanical properties of titanium alloy castings.The removal process of α-layer on the surface of ZTC4 titanium alloy castings was investigated in order to improve the surface quality and mechanical properties of ZTC4 titanium alloy castings,thus improving the quality of products.
