铝合金熔体中TiB2粒子原位沉淀析出行为研究

摘要
研究了熔体反应温度、熔体过饱和度对TiB2粒子自铝合金熔体中的沉淀析出行为的影响;建立了描述铝合金熔体中TiB2粒子沉淀析出行为的模型,模拟分析了TiB2粒子的形核、长大行为及其对TiB2粒子尺寸分布的影响.结果表明,TiB2粒子的沉淀析出行为及其尺寸分布与熔体反应温度、过饱和度和冷却速度密切相关;当熔体反应温度较低(即熔体过饱和度较大)、熔体冷却速度较快时,有利于获得尺寸细小、尺寸分布集中的TiB2粒子.
Abstract
Effects of reaction temperature and supersaturation on precipitation behavior of TiB2 particles in aluminum alloy melt were experimentally investigated.A model was proposed to describe the precipitation behavior of TiB2 par-ticles in the aluminum alloy melt.The nucleation and growth behavior of TiB2 particles and effects on the size distribu-tion were analyzed.The results indicate that the precipitation behavior and size distribution of TiB2 particles are closely related to the reaction temperature,supersaturation and cooling rate of the melt.Lower reaction temperature and high cooling rate are beneficial to obtain finer TiB2 particles with concentrated distribution.
