收集了国内外常规压铸铝合金的牌号特点、应用场景.总结了散热领域压铸铝合金的产品特点,铝合金成分特点.汽车结构件部件发展趋势及压铸材料的发展趋势引领了压铸铝合金向低合金化发展的方向.高真空压铸技术成为解决新型合金工艺问题的重要手段.
Abstract
The alloy grade characteristics and application scenarios of conventional die-casting aluminum alloys domes-tic and overseas were collected.The product characteristics and aluminum alloy composition characteristics of die-casting aluminum alloys in the field of heat dissipation were reviewed.The development trend of automotive structural components and die-casting materials leads to the direction of low alloying in die-casting aluminum alloys.High vacuum die-casting technology is becoming important means to solve the problems of new alloy processes.
