新能源汽车车载充电器壳体压铸工艺研究

针对新能源汽车车载充电器壳体工艺复杂,强度、气密性要求高等特点,对该壳体进行模具设计、CAE 分析及缺陷预测.在Hypermesh 软件中建立有限元网格,然后在 ProCAST 软件中对模型的流动充型、压铸模具热平衡和温度场进行分析,并对生产出的铸件进行 X 射 线探伤观察.观察发现,CAE 分析预测到的缺陷与实际探伤的缺陷相符合.
Die Casting Process of Car Charger Housing for New Energy Vehicles
Aimng at the complex process,high strength and air tightness requirements of the new energy vehicle on-board charger shell,die design,CAE analysis and defect prediction for the housing were carried out.The finite ele-ment mesh was established in Hypermesh,and then the flow filling of the model,heat balance and temperature field of die casting mold were analyzed by ProCAST,and X-ray flaw detection was performed on the product.The results indi-cate found that the defects predicted by CAE analysis can be matched with actual defects.
