Research Progress in Laser Cladding Ceramic Coatings
The principle of laser cladding technology was briefly summarized,and the research status as well as exist-ing problems of laser cladding pure ceramic coating,cermet composite coating,bioceramic coating,nano-ceramic coat-ing and precursor conversion ceramic coating were systematically described.In addition,effects of laser cladding pro-cess parameters and auxiliary treatment on composition,macro morphology and properties of ceramic coatings were reviewed,and the improvement measures and prospects of laser cladding cermet coating were put forward.
